Dear Friend,
This work begins with the understanding that loss—whether through death, divorce, estrangement or a major life transition—can leave you wondering, “Who am I now?”
Once you’ve reached the later stages of grief, there will come a point when you ask yourself, “What now?” Even though the loss remains a part of you, you can begin choosing what comes next.
I know this can happen. Within two years I experienced divorce, death, estrangement, career change and a move. I am living proof that when you are ready to move forward you can rebuild your life, rediscover a sense of peace and create meaningful experiences with others.
I had to find my own way forward alone, but you don’t have to! My genuine desire is to share the tools and lessons that helped me in order to make your journey a community of support with others who understand.
I would be honored to walk the path with you as you discover what comes next.
Hugs,
Tina
