Service Description
Remembering is an invitation to reconnect with who you once were—before marriage, before motherhood, and before your sense of self became shaped around the needs and expectations of others. This course begins with the basics: reconnecting to the body, noticing sensations, becoming aware of emotions, and gently observing the constant activity of the mind. You learn to recognize how rarely your nervous system is allowed to rest, and how to return—again and again—to the present moment with more awareness, kindness and ease. From there, Re-Membering becomes a journey back to the parts of you that were set aside or forgotten: the things you once enjoyed, dreamed about, and hoped for, and the goals that were quietly abandoned in order to sustain relationships that required so much of you. Rather than remaining caught in loss, unfairness or blame, this course focuses on you— rediscovering what brings you alive and gives you meaning and a sense of direction, on your terms. Remembering is not about becoming someone new. It is about gently re-membering yourself, piece by piece, so the life you create next is rooted in self-awareness, presence, and empowerment. Cancellation Policy
Because these are intimate, small-group experiences and individual experiences, your place is reserved specifically for you. Packages and Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the first gathering for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable, as your reserved space and, when applicable, the chef's preparations-- have already been committed. Once a course or package has begun, missed sessions are not refundable. Your enrollment secures your place for the full series. Individual Sessions (Language, Knitting or Friluftsliv): A 24-hour cancellation is required to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Retreats: A full refund for retreats are available with a minimum of 14 days before the retreat start date, 50% for 7-13 days before the retreat start date and non-refundable within 7 days of the retreat start date due to non-recoverable expenses. If you are unable to attend after the series has begun, your payment may be applied toward a future offering at my discretion.
