The Founding Gathering: A Reno Weekend

Service Description
You are warmly invited to The Founding Gathering—an intimate weekend limited to three women who are living with an estrangement and looking for extra support and grounding outside of therapy. Through guided reflection, shared conversation and a carefully held space, participants move from the private carrying of estrangement’s weight toward quiet connection with others who know this loss. Being witnessed by those who understand helps lift that weight. From Friday dinner to Sunday lunch our meals and snacks will be provided by my personal chef, who nourished me back to health through my own experience of estrangement. We will also spend time outdoors in beautiful natural settings, in all weather, allowing the restorative experience of spending time in nature to unfold — where nothing needs to be explained and no one needs to perform. Here, in nature and over shared delicious meals together, a supportive community begins to form. This Founding Gathering may be attended as a stand alone experience or as part of The Great Dames Pathway. All meals from are provided and transportation to our gathering locations is included, lodging is not, allowing you to choose a place that feels most comfortable to you. Cancellation Policy
Because these are intimate, small-group experiences and individual experiences, your place is reserved specifically for you. Packages and Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the first gathering for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable, as your reserved space and, when applicable, the chef's preparations-- have already been committed. Once a course or package has begun, missed sessions are not refundable. Your enrollment secures your place for the full series. Individual Sessions (Language, Knitting or Friluftsliv): A 24-hour cancellation is required to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Retreats: A full refund for retreats are available with a minimum of 14 days before the retreat start date, 50% for 7-13 days before the retreat start date and non-refundable within 7 days of the retreat start date due to non-recoverable expenses. If you are unable to attend after the series has begun, your payment may be applied toward a future offering at my discretion.
