In 2010 my life shifted when I made the decision, despite the disapproval of my husband,  to travel to Norway with my Norwegian parents and two daughters to connect with our family.  My husband chose not to come and be involved.  While there my spontaneity returned, I discovered laughter and most importantly, my spirit.  When I returned home, I relalized theer was no other option but to let go of what once was and embark down a new path without any idea of where it might lead.

I had to rebuild my life after a high conflict divorce which resulted in an estrangement from my oldest child, my reputation, my home my financial security while returning to work full time and caring for my dying parents.  I am here to prove to that you can not only survive but you can thrive by creating a life
